What this covers

"Cookies" here means cookies and similar browser storage — mainly localStorage, which is what this site actually uses. Both let a site remember things between page loads, such as whether you are signed in or whether you have already dismissed a banner.

What we do not use
No analytics, no ad pixels, no session replay, no third-party marketing scripts.
We do not run Google Analytics, advertising pixels, session-replay tools or any third-party marketing or tracking scripts on this site.
Every item in the table above is first-party, and is either required for the site to function or an opt-in convenience for the Client Portal. If that ever changes, this page and the preference centre will be updated before the change goes live.

The two categories
Strictly necessary cannot be switched off. Preferences can, at any time.
Everything we store falls into one of two categories:
- Strictly necessary
- Keeps the site and Client Portal working — sign-in, security, and remembering your consent choice itself. These cannot be turned off, because turning them off would break the thing you came to use.
- Preferences
- Optional conveniences, mostly inside the Client Portal, that remember how you like things set up. You can enable or disable these at any time and nothing will break.

You can also block storage entirely in your browser settings. Note that blocking strictly necessary storage will prevent sign-in to the Client Portal from working at all.
