A small task close to real work, discussed together afterwards. We are interested in how you reason, not whether you memorised an algorithm.

Decision within a week
You meet the person you would report to before you decide. Written offer, clear scope, and a first-month plan on day one.

Every engagement runs with a named product manager and lead engineer, so the people who build it are visible to the client and to us. You will talk to stakeholders, argue about the architecture, and see the thing you made go live.
